Today we’ve been visiting some of the ex street children we reintegrated back into #family homes to donate clothing items, tools and check up on progress being made. #Kailend is continuing to provide #Education or skills training and #Nutrition support. We’re working hard to get some more children off the streets through scholarships and training.
Here’s a shot of Norbert and his apprenticeship supervisor, Claude. Norbert and some others like him have been settled in a family home for almost a year now. He is currently a trainee carpenter but has ambitions of starting his own business producing quality furniture one day, his supervisors told us that they have really been impressed with his dedication and discipline.
